I can provide the residents of Genesee County a candidate that has proven leadership experience running a Register of Deeds office, someone that understand and has worked with the technology and legislation required to run an efficient office.
I have over 20 years experience working in land records management. My first 16 years were spent with the Oakland County Register of Deeds were I started as an Indexing Clerk, over the years I worked in every division within the Register of Deeds eventually being appointed as Deputy Clerk/Register of Deeds. During my 16 years of service worked to updated their Land Records system and bring new technology into the office such as eRecording.
I am currently employed as a National Account Manager for a leading Land Records system provider where I support Register of Deeds in Michigan as well as Registers around the Country. As an Account Manager I stay current with technology needs and Legislative requirements of the office.
